Important Reservation Info

Please note that we will release your rooms by 5 PM of the Arrival Date if no Arrival time has been specified.

You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to arrival with NO charge. In case of no show or cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival you agree that your credit card will be charged for 1 night only. The 48 hour cancellation notification must be received no later than 48 hours prior to our regular check-in time which is 2:00 PM (14:00 hours) Philippines time.

Group bookings may cancel their reservation up to 72 hours prior to arrival with NO charge. In case of NO-SHOW or cancellation within 72 hours prior to arrival, you agree that your Credit Card will be charged for the first night of accommodation for EACH room. The 72 hour cancellation notification must be received no later than 72 hours prior to our regular check-in time which is 2:00 PM (14:00 hours) Philippines time.

Please enter the full details of your credit card as we need to authorize your first night stay to guarantee your booking. We will not charge your card it is only an amount on HOLD. You may pay CASH upon check in. We only charge the credit card in case of no show or late cancellation. The authorized amount will be deleted from your account automatically after 30 days.

Kindly ensure that your card is a Credit Card and not a Debit Card, as we can not Authorize Debit Cards.
